This business location appears to be a welcoming and professional space for beauty services. The staff is described as kind and welcoming, which sets a great tone for customers. The location is also LGBTQ+ friendly and has a transgender safe space, making it an inclusive environment for all patrons. The services offered seem to be of high quality, with customers consistently praising their haircuts and overall experience. The pricing is also a major highlight, with customers noting that they receive great value for their money. The location accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it convenient for customers to pay. The amenities, such as Wi-Fi and a gender-neutral restroom, add to the overall comfort and accessibility of the location. One issue that stands out is a report of a customer being hung up on by a staff member when asking about prices. This kind of incident is a significant misstep and can make a negative impression on potential customers. However, it's worth noting that this was an isolated incident and the location has otherwise received overwhelmingly positive reviews. Overall, this business location seems to be a great choice for those looking for quality beauty services in a welcoming and inclusive environment. With its competitive pricing and convenient amenities, it's a great option for customers looking for a hassle-free experience.
