This location is a great place to find used cars. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. The owners, Chris and Rosario, are very knowledgeable about the cars and will work with you to find the right one for your needs.
The parking lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to visit. The business identifies as women-owned, which is a plus.
The working hours are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and a limited Saturday schedule. It's great that they're open late on weekdays.
The prices of the cars are very competitive, with good discounts available. However, the quality of the cars can be a bit hit-or-miss. Some of the cars are in great condition, while others may have some issues.
The owners and staff are very professional and patient, taking the time to explain the financing options and paperwork. They're also very willing to work with you to find a car that fits your budget.
However, one issue to note is that some customers have reported feeling judged or unwelcome due to their age or attire. This is a shame, as the staff is otherwise very friendly and welcoming.
