I visited the medical location in Building 1616, Callaghan Rd Road, San Antonio City. From the outside, the building looks well-maintained, and I had no issues finding wheelchair-accessible parking. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly staff member, and the entrance was also wheelchair accessible. Inside, the restroom was clean and easily accessible as well. I did not have to wait long to be seen by the general practitioner, who turned out to be Sandra Bernal, one of the co-brands. The medical professional was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. However, I was not able to make an appointment in advance, which took some time out of my day. I would recommend this location to others, but they may want to note that appointments are not recommended. The prices were fair for the services provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but the lack of appointment availability was a minor inconvenience.
