She's knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to find the right home for you. She's responsive and keeps you informed every step of the way, making the whole process stress-free.It's a bit surprising that the office is a bit cookie-cutter, lacking some personal touches, but this doesn't seem to affect the service.
