The office is located on the 3rd floor, and the elevator is accessible for everyone.The financial advisors I met were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all the details about their services, which I found to be quite helpful. I was able to find a restroom on the premises, which is a great feature, especially for people with mobility issues.The office has wheelchair-accessible parking, which is convenient. The entrance is also easy to access, making it a welcoming place for everyone. There is one area for improvement - they could do a better job of explaining their fees and charges. This was the only area that I found confusing, and I had to ask a few questions to get a clear understanding of their pricing.
