Serenity Oaks Assisted Living And Memory Care is a mixed bag. While some visitors have reported a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed environment, others have expressed concerns about sanitation and staff behavior. Some have praised the staff's kindness and hospitality, while others have described them as disinterested and rude. The facility's activities and amenities, such as the courtyard and therapy options, seem to be a highlight for some. However, the lack of recognition of previous visitors and staff seems to be a concern. One major issue that stands out is the presence of roaches in the facility, which has been reported by multiple visitors. This is a significant concern for anyone considering this facility for their loved ones. Overall, Serenity Oaks seems to be struggling to maintain a consistent level of quality and care.
