I visited Shield Property Inspectors at their location in New Braunfels City. The business is located in a convenient spot, and the building itself seems to be well-maintained. The working hours are quite flexible, allowing clients to schedule appointments on most weekdays. Unfortunately, the business is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.The staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable during my interaction with them. They were able to answer my questions regarding their services and provided clear explanations of their processes. However, I felt that the quality of their communication could be improved, as some of the details seemed a bit vague.The prices for their services appear to be reasonable compared to other businesses in the same category. However, I did feel that some of the additional costs could be better disclosed upfront.Shield Property Inspectors seem to be a reliable and experienced provider of home inspection services. Their team has likely conducted numerous inspections, and their expertise is evident in their work. However, I did notice that their services might not be as cutting-edge as some of the newer, more innovative businesses in the industry.
