This location seems to have some good points, but overall it falls short. The biggest issue is the difficulty in scheduling appointments and getting in touch with the staff. Many customers have reported leaving voicemails that go unanswered for days, or being put on hold for long periods of time. This makes it frustrating for people trying to get relief from back pain, which is the main reason they're visiting the clinic.The office hours are standard, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with no Saturday or Sunday hours. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus.However, the billing department has been a source of trouble for some customers. One person reported being charged a $75 cancellation fee after trying to reschedule an appointment, and another person had to deal with a $50 fee for missing an appointment.The cost of services is not an issue, with one customer reporting a $400 bill for a steroid pack.
