I visited this laundry location on Wilson Blvd in San Antonio and had mixed feelings about the experience. The place is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. However, the customer service was subpar in my case. I had to deal with a rude employee who didn't seem to care about my issue. The machines can be a bit tricky to use, and it's frustrating when they don't allow you to finish inserting money.On the other hand, the laundromat is generally clean, and the machines are efficient. There's usually not a long wait for machines or laundry carts, which is convenient. They also offer a laundry service, which is helpful for busy days. The only issue I have is that the dryers are expensive to use, especially when you have to pay $1.25 per load instead of a cheaper rate for additional time. Overall, this laundromat is decent, but it could improve in terms of customer service and pricing.
