This location provides a 5-star experience in many aspects. The medical staff is caring and professional, always making an effort to listen to patients and address their concerns. The office is wheelchair accessible, and the front office staff is friendly and welcoming. Kurt Lee and other PAs are knowledgeable and attentive, working hard to get patients the treatment they need. The team is highly recommended for pain management, with many patients experiencing significant pain relief after treatment. Some patients have had excellent experiences with Dr. Tisdall and Dr. Lai, and the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction.However, one issue that stands out is the lack of availability on certain days, including Mondays and Saturdays. Some patients have also experienced some delays in getting responses from the medical staff, but these instances are rare. Overall, this location is a great choice for those in need of pain management services.
