The location is a popular Seattle-based coffeehouse chain with a wide variety of options, including signature roasts, light bites, and Wi-Fi availability. The atmosphere is trendy and quiet, with cozy seating areas. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming, with some exceptional baristas like Irene and Sarah who go above and beyond to provide excellent service. However, there have been instances of slow service, wrong orders, and unprofessional behavior from some employees. The location is also a popular spot for families and groups, with a diverse crowd and LGBTQ+ friendly atmosphere. The food and drinks are of good quality, with some standout items like the grilled cheese sandwich and the cinnamon coffee cake. The pricing is moderate, with a range of options to suit different budgets. Overall, the location is a great spot for coffee and a quick bite, but may require some patience and understanding when dealing with slow service or unprofessional employees. There is an issue that needs to be addressed: the consistency of service, as some customers have reported slow service, wrong orders, and unprofessional behavior from employees. This can make or break the customer experience, and the location should work on improving this aspect to maintain its high ratings.
