This dentist's office has a strong foundation, with excellent prices that are hard to beat. However, the quality of care could be improved, as some aspects felt a bit subpar. The planning ahead is appreciated, and appointments are recommended to ensure a smooth visit. The wheelchair-accessible facilities are a definite plus, making it easy for everyone to access the office. The co-branding with Stone Oak Dentist is a good indicator of their commitment to quality care. But, one area for improvement is the need for better patient communication, as some may find the experience a bit impersonal. Overall, it's a solid choice for dental care, with some room for growth. The restrooms and parking lot are well-maintained and easy to access, which is a relief. The office seems to be well-planned, with a clear layout that's easy to navigate. One minor issue is the lack of personal touches, which might make some patients feel a bit disconnected from the care they're receiving. Despite this, the staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes up for it somewhat.
