The staff is friendly and helpful, with sales representatives like Luke who are knowledgeable and patient. The buying process is easy and hassle-free, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Many customers have praised the business for its honesty and transparency, with some even returning to purchase additional vehicles.
However, one issue that has been reported is that the business may not be transparent about the condition of some vehicles, which can lead to costly repairs for buyers. This has resulted in a negative review from a customer who claimed to have purchased a damaged vehicle from Luke.
Despite this issue, the business has a strong reputation and is highly recommended by many customers. Overall, this business is a great option for anyone looking to purchase a used car, with a wide selection of vehicles and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
