Texas Inpatient Pediatrics is a medical facility that provides quality care to patients, especially children. With a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance, the facility is easily accessible for people with disabilities. The staff is polite and gentle, making the patients feel comfortable during their visit. However, there have been issues with billing and insurance, which can be frustrating for patients. One major issue is that some patients have received bills with incorrect information or without proper explanation, leading to confusion and extra work for the patients. To improve, the facility should work on streamlining their billing process and providing clear explanations to patients. Despite this issue, the facility's quality of care is generally high, and the staff is helpful and responsive. Overall, Texas Inpatient Pediatrics is a decent choice for medical care, but patients should be aware of the potential billing issues.
