I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor, Dr. Rao, was wonderful. He was kind, thorough, and answered all my questions, putting me at ease about my vision. The exam was done efficiently and effectively, and I was given a clear explanation of my condition and what I should do to be proactive.The hospital is wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance, which is great for people with mobility issues. The planning is such that appointments are recommended, which helps to avoid long wait times.One issue that I noticed is that there was a wrong address listed, which caused a patient to be redirected 30 minutes away. This could be avoided with better communication and clearer directions.Overall, I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of eye care. The doctors and staff are professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best possible care.
