This business location has mixed reviews, but mostly negative. Many clients express dissatisfaction with the quality of care, citing long wait times, rude staff, and lack of respect for patients. Some reviewers mention having to fight for treatment and being ignored by nurses. However, there are a few positive reviews, praising the kindness and professionalism of certain staff members, such as nurses and doctors. Despite the negative reviews, the pricing score is somewhat higher, possibly due to the fact that emergency care is often not covered by insurance. The innovativeness score is the lowest, which could be attributed to the lack of modern facilities and technology, as well as outdated treatment methods.Overall, this business location seems to be struggling with providing quality care and meeting the needs of its patients. However, it's worth noting that there are some redeeming qualities, and individual experiences may vary. One notable issue is the lack of respect for patients, with many reviewers feeling ignored, disrespected, or treated poorly by staff. This is a major concern and should be addressed by management to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
