I recently visited the Nurses location at Building 3935, Medical Dr Drive, San Antonio City, and overall, I was pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facilities seemed well-maintained. One of the standout features was the wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, which made it easy for me to navigate the building. The working hours were also very convenient, with a 24/7 schedule that catered to my needs. However, I did notice that the hospital staff seemed to be struggling with handling emergencies, as one reviewer mentioned that their family member had to be rushed to the emergency room due to neglect. This was a concerning issue that needed to be addressed. The location had a co-branding partnership with The Heights at Medical Center, which seemed to be a positive collaboration. The website provided all the necessary information, including working hours and contact details. Overall, I would give this location 4.3 out of 5 stars, with the only issue being the hospital staff's handling of emergencies.
