The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, with Chris, the owner, being a great motivator and teacher. The gym offers a variety of classes for all levels, from beginners to professionals, and the atmosphere is very motivating. The gym is also a great place for kids, making it a family-friendly environment. One thing to note is that the gym's hours could be more flexible, as it's only open on weekdays from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. However, the great coaches and welcoming environment make up for this limitation. Overall, this gym is a hidden gem that offers a lot of value for its members.
