I visited Tranquility TMS Center, located in San Antonio City, and my overall experience was very good. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The center is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for people with mobility issues to get in and out. The planning was straightforward, with appointments recommended, and the amenities were basic but sufficient, including a restroom. The only issue I had was with the receptionist, who seemed short and had an annoyed tone during my initial call. However, the owner responded thoughtfully and acknowledged the importance of providing a personal connection with each patient.I appreciated the center's innovative approach to treating patients, which seems to be focused on providing a supportive and caring environment. The pricing was very reasonable, making it an attractive option for those seeking help. The center's co-brand, Tranquility TMS Center, seems to be a reputable and trustworthy organization. I would recommend Tranquility TMS Center to those seeking high-quality care in a welcoming environment.
