The location is a great place to learn with modern architecture and well-equipped classrooms. The building's location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk from downtown and the river walk. It has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for people with mobility issues to get around. The fact that there's a mini kitchen with a fridge and microwave on every floor is a great perk. Unfortunately, the inside doesn't have a lot of open space. The area is very busy with lots of students and faculty members around. The proximity to the UTSA School of Data Science is a big plus for those interested in data science. The lack of detailed information about pricing is a drawback. Overall, it's a great place to learn and study.
