The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Njoku is highly praised for his exceptional bedside manner, thorough approach, and genuine care for his patients. He takes the time to listen to concerns, explains medical information in a clear way, and makes patients feel like a partner in their healthcare. However, there is one issue to note - the office's handling of a patient's outstanding balance was found to be uncooperative and unhelpful. The balance was not resolved, and the patient was expected to pay it despite the staff's uncertainty about its legitimacy. Despite this, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, and the vast majority of patients highly recommend this location. The doctor and staff work efficiently, and appointments are well-managed. The office is clean, and the environment is warm and friendly.
