This location is a wonderful place to visit with kids, making it a great destination for families. The ground at the playground area is covered with padded material, and the sidewalk is a perfect spot to walk while kids play. The picnic area has a shaded table and a grill, which adds to the overall convenience of the location. The location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that are easily accessible for people with mobility issues. However, there are no issues in the accessibility department. One thing that needs to be improved is the maintenance of the port-a-potty. It was reported to be dirty and smelly, and it's recommended to have it emptied and commercially cleaned or replaced. The parking situation is not a problem, as visitors can park along the street in front of houses on the same street without any issues. The Village Park is a great addition to the area, and it's wonderful to see San Antonio Parks and Rec providing such a great service.
