This bakery is located in a large shopping center, offering a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. The staff is often busy and seems overwhelmed, making it difficult to catch someone's attention. The bakery is wheelchair accessible, with a convenient parking lot and entrance. The selection of products is impressive, with a vast array of cupcakes, cookies, cakes, and chocolates. However, the quality of the baked goods is inconsistent, with some items being overcooked or lacking flavor. The bakery's custom cake order was a major disappointment, as it did not meet the advertised expectations and was poorly constructed. The bakery's pricing is reasonable, with most items falling within a moderate price range. However, the poor quality of the products does not justify the higher prices. One major issue with this bakery is the lack of communication and customer service. The staff seems unresponsive to customer complaints, and it is difficult to get help when needed.Overall, this bakery has potential, but it needs to improve its quality control and customer service to meet the expectations of its customers.
