I've been to the We Insure office located at Building 8131, W Hausman Rd Road, Suite 211, San Antonio City, and had a great experience. The office is easily accessible by car, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The staff is professional and welcoming, making you feel at ease from the moment you step inside.The office hours are convenient, with consistent hours from Monday to Friday, making it easy to schedule an appointment that suits your needs. Unfortunately, it seems that Mona, the agent I've been working with, is no longer with the company. I've heard from previous clients that she was extremely professional and knowledgeable, helping them find the best deals for their insurance needs. It's a shame that her departure has left a gap in the service.Despite this, the office still provides a great service, with friendly and helpful staff who are willing to go the extra mile to assist you. They're always happy to answer your questions and provide you with quotes quickly. I've been impressed with the level of professionalism and care that they show to their clients.Overall, I would highly recommend We Insure for your insurance needs, especially if you're looking for a personalized and friendly service. Just be aware that the office may be going through some changes, and it's always a good idea to call ahead to confirm their hours and availability.There's one thing that I found a bit inconvenient - the office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, which may not be ideal for those who need to visit on weekends. However, this is not a major issue, and the office's regular hours make up for it.
