This medical center is conveniently located in San Antonio City, making it easily accessible to those in need of medical attention. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that this facility is in need of some major improvements. One of the biggest issues is the lack of parking available, which can lead to frustration and long wait times for patients. I have seen patients parking in nearby streets, which is not a safe or convenient solution.Another issue that I have noticed is the golf cart shuttle service, which can be a bit of a nuisance. The drivers often speed down the lanes, making it difficult for passengers to get on and off the cart safely. This is particularly problematic when it is raining, as the driver seems to be in a hurry and does not take the time to check his mirrors.Despite these issues, the medical center itself seems to be well-equipped and staffed with friendly and competent medical professionals. However, the overall experience is marred by the lack of attention to detail and the failure to provide adequate parking and transportation services.The co-branding with Westover Hills medical plaza 1 is a nice touch, but it does not make up for the lack of parking and the issues with the golf cart shuttle service. Overall, this medical center has a lot of potential, but it needs to address these major issues in order to provide a better experience for its patients.
