This business location is a beauty salon that caters to customers' needs with a focus on quality services. Although the business identifies as women-owned and Black-owned, it has some issues with customer satisfaction. The salon has a variety of features, including a restroom and wheelchair-accessible restroom, which is great for customers with disabilities. The salon also accepts different payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. However, there seems to be a lack of attention to detail in the services provided, as evident from one of the customer's feedback. One of the major issues is with the quality of service, as mentioned in one of the customer's feedback. The stylist, Leslie, seems to be inexperienced and incompetent, leading to a poor experience for the customer. The customer reported that Leslie lied about her qualifications, did not listen to the customer's needs, and caused hair damage. This is a major red flag and suggests that the salon needs to work on improving the quality of its services.Despite the issues, the pricing seems to be reasonable, with a price range of $200+. However, the high price does not justify the poor quality of service. The innovativeness of the salon is also not fully explored, as it seems to be stuck in traditional ways of doing business.Overall, this business location has the potential to be a great beauty salon, but it needs to address the issues with the quality of its services and improve the overall customer experience. The salon should focus on providing high-quality services, being transparent about its qualifications and experience, and treating customers with respect and professionalism.
