This location has a well-rated building with accessible parking. The company has a good relationship with Zertuche Realtors, which is a plus for potential clients.
However, there is a significant imbalance in ratings, with only 4 out of 7 reviewers giving the location a 5-star rating. Three reviewers gave the location a 1-star rating, citing negative experiences.
Some clients have reported good experiences with the landlord, Marcos, who is responsive and genuinely cares about his tenants. On the other hand, others have expressed disappointment with the service.
Prices seem to be very competitive, as indicated by the high pricing score.
Some might find the lack of innovation in the services offered a drawback.
