This location is a decent place to visit for medical care. The staff is friendly and the restroom is clean and wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. However, the planning process can be a bit unprofessional, especially when it comes to communication with doctors and their patients. I had an issue with my doctor changing their mind without consulting me first, which affected my schedule and appointments. This kind of unprofessionalism is not acceptable. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance are also convenient features. The hospital is located on San Pedro Ave Avenue in San Antonio City and has a website that seems to be up to date. Overall, it's a good place to visit, but some issues with communication need to be addressed.
