I have lived at The Avenues at Creekside for almost a year now, and it has been a good experience. The apartment complex has a nice and clean pool area, which is a big plus for me. The staff in the office has been friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team has been responsive to any issues I have had. However, I do have a few complaints. The parking situation can be a bit of a challenge, especially when there are a lot of people around. Also, the walls can be a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors quite easily. Despite these issues, I would recommend The Avenues at Creekside to anyone looking for a place to live in New Braunfels. However, one major issue that should be addressed is the lack of transparency in the move-out process. In my experience, the staff has been dishonest and has charged me ridiculous fees for minor repairs, which is not what I would expect from a luxury apartment complex. Overall, I would give The Avenues at Creekside 3.4 out of 5 stars.It's worth noting that some of the other reviews mention issues with the management staff, such as being rude and unhelpful. One reviewer mentioned that the gates are always broken, which is a major security concern. Another reviewer mentioned that the apartment complex is not secure, as the gates are open during certain hours and the code for visitors is easily obtained.
