I have visited this location on Culebra Rd in San Antonio, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that made me feel at ease. The doctor, Dr. Idalys Santos-Sanchez, was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. The doctor and staff were all friendly and professional, and the office was clean and well-organized. With a few tweaks to the communication and follow-up process, this location could be truly exceptional.One area for improvement is that the doctor could be more proactive in addressing my concerns and following up on my care.
