This place is well-organized and offers great service. Volunteers take time to explain the program and use of vouchers, making it a smooth experience for those who need it. The Clothes Closet is dedicated to providing school-appropriate clothing to all NEISD students who have a need, making it a valuable resource for families in need.The program is set up to keep the families' identities confidential, which is a thoughtful touch. However, the limited hours of operation might make it difficult for some people to visit, especially on weekends when kids are in school. The current system of donations requires voucher collection from school counselors, which can be a bit inconvenient. A better and more secure donation system would be a welcome improvement.
