We had a great experience with Vidal Construction. Joey, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. He communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we understood what was happening. The team was courteous and respectful of our property, and the work was done efficiently and effectively. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Vidal Construction to anyone in need of roofing services.Some of the positives about our experience with Vidal Construction include their responsiveness, quality of work, professionalism, and value for the price. Joey was always available to answer our questions and provide updates on the progress of the job. The team was very professional and courteous, and they made sure to clean up after themselves and leave our property in the same condition as when they arrived.However, there was one issue that we had with the company. When we first contacted Joey to report a leak in our roof, he didn't show up on time for the scheduled appointment. We had to wait for over an hour for him to arrive, and when he did, he seemed flustered and disorganized. This was a bit of a red flag for us, but we decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and move forward with the repairs.In the end, we are very happy with the work that Vidal Construction did for us. They were professional, courteous, and efficient, and they delivered high-quality results.
