I show up 10 mins later and there's 2 people in front of me. It takes over 20 mins to check out 2 people. One of which didn’t even purchase actual RX medication. Finally it’s my turn, I hand over the RX and the tech says they can’t fill it tonight bc I’m too late, they close in 45 mins. I say I called ahead, and have been waiting in line for 20 mins. She says “yeah we are short staffed” then says the location on walnut is open until midnight. I go to that one, and they have the RX filled within 5 mins."
