I have visited this pawnshop several times, but my experience was quite varied. The store itself is quite large and has a wide selection of items, including tools, electronics, and firearms. However, the quality of the items is often questionable, and I have found that many of the items are overpriced or damaged.The pricing at this store is often quite high, and I have found that they try to lowball customers when it comes to buying back their items. For example, I once tried to sell a guitar to this store, but they offered me a very low price for it, claiming that it was worth much less than it actually was.The store's innovativeness is also lacking, as they often try to sell the same items over and over again without making any significant changes or updates. This can make it feel like they are not trying to innovate or improve their business in any way.One major issue that I have with this store is the lack of customer service. Many of the employees seem to be more interested in chatting with each other than in helping customers, and I have often had to wait for long periods of time before being assisted. Additionally, some of the employees have been rude or dismissive when I have asked them questions or tried to return items.Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a good deal or a positive customer experience. While they may have some nice items for sale, the quality and pricing are often subpar, and the customer service is lacking.
