Our experience at Alon at Castle Hills was a mixed bag. While the staff, particularly Casey, was very friendly and helpful, there were some issues with the apartment complex that detracted from the overall experience. The apartments themselves were clean and well-maintained, but there were some concerns about pest control and roaches in some units. The pool and outdoor spaces were well-maintained, and the location was convenient. However, there were some issues with noise levels and traffic in the area. One of the biggest concerns was the lack of effective pest control measures, with some residents reporting issues with roaches and other pests. This was a major issue for some residents, and it seemed to be a persistent problem despite efforts by the management team to address it.On the other hand, the staff at Alon at Castle Hills was very friendly and helpful. Casey, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us with our needs and was always available to answer questions or address concerns. The management team also seemed to be making efforts to improve the community, with recent renovations and upgrades to the pool and outdoor spaces. In terms of pricing, the rent was generally in line with other apartments in the area, but some residents felt that it was a bit high considering the quality of the apartments and the level of service provided.Overall, our experience at Alon at Castle Hills was decent, but there were some significant issues that detracted from the overall experience. With some improvements to pest control and noise levels, this could be a great option for those looking for a convenient and well-maintained apartment complex. However, as it stands, it falls short of being a top-rated option.
