This location of AmTex Insurance has many positive qualities that make it stand out. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, with many customers mentioning that they were greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The insurance agents, particularly Frances, Stephanie, and Rosa, are knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the best policies for their clients. The prices are competitive, and many customers were able to save money by switching to AmTex. The location is also very easy to find, with clear signage and a convenient parking lot. However, there are a few areas where the location could improve. Some customers mentioned that they had to wait for a while to get their quotes, and a few others experienced issues with their policies being canceled without notice. Despite these issues, the majority of customers had a very positive experience at AmTex Insurance, and many would highly recommend it to others. A particularly concerning issue is a customer who had a negative experience with one of the agents. The agent lied to the customer about the cost of the policy and failed to disclose a commission.
