This dental office is a great place to visit. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The office is clean and well-maintained, with wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance, and restroom. Dr. Osei and his team are knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They offer a wide range of services, including cosmetic dentistry. Patients have reported having a great experience with the dentist, saying they are gentle and take the time to explain treatment options. The office also offers nitrous oxide for anxious patients. However, one patient had a very negative experience with Dr. Osei, accusing him of over-diagnosing, overcharging, and abandoning his patients. It is worth noting that Dr. Osei has been put on probation by the TSBDE for similar cases. Despite this, the majority of patients have had a positive experience and would recommend the office to others.
