This business location has a lot to be desired. Although it is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the quality of service and overall experience is extremely poor. The staff is unprofessional and unreliable, with one client reporting being hung up on after being told that the technician was in the hospital. Another client had to wait a week for a repair that ultimately did not fix the issue, and was told to pay partially in cash upfront for a part that was never used.The prices of the services offered by this business seem to be very high, with one client paying $419 for a repair that made their appliance worse.
