The location is very safe, with a secure entrance and on-site parking. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Christian and Lili, who helped with the tour and made the process smooth. The apartments are modern and comfortable, with a nice design and amenities like a pool, game room, and 24-hour snack store. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a mix of young professionals and families. However, the management has changed a few times, which can be unsettling. The fire alarms have gone off multiple times, and the "resort pool and lounge" is still not open to residents. The entry/exit gates have also been a problem, and some residents are anxious about the lack of security. Despite these issues, the apartments themselves are great, with tall ceilings, large windows, and a sliding glass patio door. The golf simulator and conference center are also nice features. Overall, it's a good location for those who want to live near downtown but not in the heart of it.
