Our stay at the Best Western Plus Roland Inn & Suites was generally satisfactory. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort were notable, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff, including Jose at the front desk, were friendly and helpful, but there were some instances of poor communication and unavailability of the General Manager. Overall, while the hotel had its strengths, it fell short in some areas, resulting in a mediocre experience.The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to downtown San Antonio and other attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was also satisfactory, with a good selection of options.
