The place is surrounded by beautiful oak trees and has a new, updated, and beautiful interior. The staff is extremely kind, well-dressed, and attentive to every need of each family and friend that enters the building. The funeral home has a patriotic navy-blue casket with an American flag in the interior, which was fitting for a Disabled Vietnam Vet. The staff went above and beyond to honor the deceased's life, exceeding the family's expectations. They provided a slide show and viewing of the inside for the parking lot due to COVID-19 and livestreamed the funeral for those unable to attend physically. The funeral home staff is professional, caring, and understanding, making a difficult time easier to navigate. However, the staff's inability to use their own TV system, misplaced flash drive with family photos, and inadequate response from the manager are notable issues. The place has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, making it accessible to people with disabilities. The staff is accommodating, and the facility is available 24/7, which is convenient for families. The staff provides a CD of the funeral in its entirety and offers a 90-day recording of the livestream, which is a nice touch. Despite some minor issues, the funeral home is a great choice for those looking for a beautiful, classy, and memorable funeral experience.
