The building looks nice, but the staff seems unprepared and uncooperative. Many patients report waiting for hours to be seen, and some even report being turned away. The clinic seems to have a lot of problems with scheduling appointments and following up on tests. However, some patients do report having good experiences with certain doctors and staff members. Unfortunately, the clinic's high level of inefficiency and disorganization seems to be the norm rather than the exception. The walk-in clinic concept seems to be a good idea, but it's not being executed well.
