I visited this travel agency located in San Antonio City, at Building 8546, Broadway Street, Suite 145L. The agency is operated in collaboration with Charter Travel. When I walked in, I felt welcome by the staff who were friendly and courteous. They assisted me with my query and provided all the necessary information. The building itself seemed to be in a decent condition. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the air conditioning in the waiting area was not functioning properly. This made the area quite warm. The travel agents were knowledgeable and helped me find a suitable package for my trip. The packages offered were quite varied, catering to different tastes and budgets. The staff was efficient in processing my documents. The overall experience was satisfactory, but there was one issue with the air conditioning in the waiting area.
