I visited the pediatrician's location on N San Saba Street in San Antonio City, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff was not very organized, and I had to wait for a long time to be seen. Although the facility is wheelchair accessible, the waiting area is not very comfortable. I had to make an appointment in advance, but it didn't guarantee that I would be seen at the scheduled time. The staff member I dealt with seemed unprofessional and didn't take my concerns seriously. Unfortunately, my child wasn't seen by the pediatrician, and we had to leave without receiving the care we needed. The lack of communication and organization is a major issue that needs to be addressed. I would not recommend this location to others.
