This government service location is easily accessible for everyone, thanks to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The building is located on Landa St Street in New Braunfels City. I was able to quickly get in touch with them by calling their phone number, which is a plus. The official website provides a lot of useful information, but sometimes it can be hard to find what you need. The City of New Braunfels Fire Marshal is the co-brand that operates this location. They offer a variety of services, but I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed with the quality of service I received. It was decent, but not outstanding. As for the pricing, I was pleasantly surprised - it's very reasonable. Unfortunately, this location could benefit from a bit more innovation in their services.
