This pediatrician's office is located in a convenient spot and has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. The staff is professional and supportive, and the doctor is caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Diane Jendrzey is a very passionate and uplifting doctor who takes the time to communicate with kids and their parents. She has a great bedside manner and is very nice. The office staff is friendly and fit patients in for sick appointments when possible. They also offer virtual visits and refill medications quickly through the patient portal. Many patients have been seeing Dr. Jendrzey for over a decade and highly recommend her. However, one patient had a frustrating experience with the front office staff and the billing department, which resulted in a disappointing and unprofessional outcome. Overall, this office seems to prioritize patient care and has a caring and knowledgeable staff, but there is one significant issue that needs to be addressed.
