From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and a complimentary cookie, which was a nice touch. The staff were always available to answer my questions and help me with any issues I had during my stay.However, there were a few issues with my stay that prevented me from giving the hotel a perfect score. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times, which made it difficult to stay connected. Secondly, the hotel's parking lot was not secure, which made me feel uncomfortable leaving my car there.Despite these issues, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in San Antonio. The hotel's location, amenities, and staff make it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.It's worth noting that I had a few issues with the hotel's cleanliness, including a dirty BBQ plate found on top of the microwave in my room, and a noisy toilet that took several minutes to refill. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast offerings were limited and not included in the room rate, which was a bit of a disappointment.Overall, I would give this hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars.
