We visited Elite Endodontics located at Building 2101, Pat Booker Rd Road, Suite 120, Universal City City, as we needed to have a root canal done. As a specialist in endodontics, Dr. Thurman was able to help us with our tooth problem. The office itself was very clean and modern. We were greeted by the friendly staff who helped us check in and fill out the necessary paperwork.Our appointment was scheduled at 9 am and we were seen right on time. Dr. Thurman explained the procedure to us and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. The root canal itself was painless and we were surprised at how quickly it was done.The staff at Elite Endodontics were very professional and courteous. They made sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. We were also impressed with the efficiency of the office. From check-in to check-out, the process was smooth and seamless.However, we did have one issue with the billing process. When we received our bill, we noticed that we were charged extra for some services that we did not agree to. We brought this to the attention of the staff and they apologized for the mistake. They explained that the charges were for services that were not included in our initial estimate, but we still felt that it was our responsibility to inform us of these additional charges.Overall, we were pleased with our experience at Elite Endodontics. Dr. Thurman and his staff were professional, courteous, and efficient. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs endodontic care.In terms of innovativeness, we were impressed with the technology used at Elite Endodontics.
