I visited this Firestone Complete Auto Care location on Bandera Road in San Antonio, and my overall experience was decent, but not outstanding. The quality of service varied, with some technicians being knowledgeable and professional, while others seemed less interested in helping me. The prices were generally reasonable, although I did feel like I was being upsold on a few services. One thing that stood out was the innovativeness of the staff, who seemed to be constantly looking for ways to improve their processes and provide better service.The location is well-maintained and clean, with a modern waiting area and a variety of amenities, including a restroom and parking lot. The staff is generally friendly and courteous, although there have been a few instances of poor customer service. The variety of services offered is impressive, including oil changes, tire sales and repairs, and more.However, I did have one major issue with my visit. I had made an appointment for an oil change, but when I arrived, I was told that they were too busy to get to it that day. This was frustrating, especially since I had taken the time to make an appointment and arrive early. I understand that things can get busy, but it would have been nice if they had communicated with me more clearly about the delay.Overall, I would give this location 4 out of 5 stars. While there were some issues with customer service and scheduling, the quality of the work and the prices were generally good.
