The business located at Building 12050, Vance Jackson Rd Road, Suite 201, San Antonio City offers good quality services. Dr. Fox, the main doctor, is very good at listening to patients' concerns and provides excellent care. However, the staff at the office leaves much to be desired. Some patients have reported that they are rude and uncaring, and do not seem to be willing to work with patients to resolve issues. Despite this, the office is wheelchair accessible and has a restroom on site. Scheduling appointments may take some time, but Dr. Fox is worth the wait. There is one major issue: the doctor has been accused of overprescribing medication, which has led to at least two patients taking lethal doses and committing suicide. This is a serious concern that needs to be addressed.
